It was a good storm :)

All of the images here are mine, I took them with my trusty D50 and with the help of my BRAND NEW PHOTOSHOP BOOOOK!!!! I have edited a bunch of pictures from the same storm into one massive collage.

:excited: I got THREEEEE shots of lightning!!! (goes to show how awesome the storm was as I've been shooting lightning since I got my camera in September with no success)

Well I'm one happy camper. Now onto the horrible bits. I -just- got the photoshop book and every technique used on this puppy is BRAND new to me. So, if ya have a critique pls be nice and slow and english for the newb. kthnx.

FULL VIEW, it really makes a difference, especially on this one. I know its a pain to wait for load times.
aaand luff to =MyPrivateParty for his mad skillz in photoshop and patience to share them :aww:

I love the circle in the middle and how it's this ball of light... then the tones fade to gray and black almost. Really like the collaging... and the equal lightning strikes; kinda forms a symmetry, yet not quite lined up if you were to split in half, but perfect isn't always good. :)
